Some people find their calling. Doug Webb was born into his. The photo pictured here — taken on his first birthday, August 9, 1968 — shows a one-year-old boy already perched in a tree. That natural connection to trees never left him.
Later on, over the course of four decades, Doug built one of the most respected tree service operations in Houston, eventually handing that thriving business to his son. Now he's brought his expertise to the heart of rural Texas — rebuilding with the same craftsmanship, integrity, and passion that defined his career.
"Making our community beautiful one tree at a time."
Doug operates with a deep respect for the communities he serves. In small towns, your word is your bond — and his has never been broken. He knows these landscapes, these people, and what it means to do a job right when the stakes are real.
When Hurricane Ike devastated the Texas Gulf Coast, Doug and his crew were called in
to serve three of the world's most demanding industrial clients — Exxon, DuPont, and Dow.
Working in high-stakes, high-pressure environments where precision and safety are non-negotiable,
Doug delivered. That kind of trust from industry giants isn't given — it's earned.
Then when Hurricane Helene tore through western North Carolina, Doug didn't wait to be asked twice.
He made two separate trips into the devastated region, working alongside military personnel
and emergency responders to clear debris, restore access, and bring relief to communities
that had lost everything. No headlines. No fanfare. Just showing up and doing the work.
"That's who Doug Webb is — the man you call when it truly matters."
From stump grinding to high-canopy climbs to emergency disaster response — every photo tells the story of a crew that shows up, works safely, and leaves the job site better than they found it.
